Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, processing begins and we may not be able to modify it.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time:
Shipping usually takes 1– 3 business days, depending on your location. Orders received before 12:00 PM (noon) are typically shipped the same day, with next-day delivery to mainland UK.

Tracking Your Package:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Delayed delivery?
Sometimes shipping delays can happen due to customs, holidays, or high demand. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, please contact us.
